We have a zero tolerance NO SMOKING policy. Smoking of all kinds not permitted inside the house. If any evidence of smoking is found, we charge a minimum $500 fee PLUS the cost of restoring the home to its original smoke free condition.
NO dogs or pets of any kind. We love pets, but to maintain our high cleaning standards and accommodate guests with allergies, we have a strict no-pets policy.
Pool Safety: The pool is not fenced and is 10 feet deep. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and consider this when deciding if the home is a good fit for your group.

Had a wonderful time at Brindy’s place for my sister’s bachelorette! The house incredibly spacious and equipped with anything you’d need!
Like wow, beautiful property. The management company helped us so much and set us up for success with this beautiful property. Last minute surprise family reunion for my mom :) Trip was needed. Definitely recommend
I stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect for a large group of girls! There are two living rooms, a large kitchen, spacious bedrooms and multiple full bathrooms. There were so many mirrors, cute decor and an amazing backyard with a pool! The space had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries and plenty of towels for the pool. The hosts were super responsive and helpful during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend. It’s located in a great area where we felt safe and close to all the Scottsdale attractions and only 15 minutes from the Phoenix airport. Looking forward to staying again in the future!
