Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard with the exception of one interior closet for our cleaning and turnover supplies.

We live nearby and are available if needed!

House is located on a moderately trafficked 4 lane road.
Beautiful palm tree lined street directly across from the canal. Easy bike path/canal access via quiet, well-kept neighborhood.

2 bikes are provided for use. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. Driveway parking for vehicles.

***PLEASE READ: Road noise - The house is adjacent to Indian School Road, a moderately trafficked road that leads directly into Old Town Scottsdale. It’s position in the neighborhood leads to unparalleled, unobstructed views of Camelback Mountain but there is the hum of road noise. The pool’s waterfall does a good job of drowning it out and there are sound machines in every bedroom. However, if you are a light sleeper or are generally sensitive to road noise, this house may not be suitable.
