Smoking of all kinds not permitted inside the house. If any evidence of smoking is found, we charge a minimum $500 fee PLUS the cost of restoring the home to its original smoke free condition. 6. NO dogs or pets of any kind. We love pets, but to maintain our high cleaning standards and accommodate guests with allergies, we have a strict no-pets policy. 7. Pool Safety: The pool is not fenced. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and consider this when deciding if the home is a good fit for your group.
